add mushrooms to your hummus recipes

Last night I added some mushrooms to a lentil and pecan spread to make it softer and smoother and it worked so well! If you have a hummus recipe hat you like try some mushroms in there sometime for a silkier spread Yum... accidental discovery!

I was actually not making hummus, but thought how good it would be in hummus next time I made it. I was making a spread out of what I had in the house. I used sprouted lentils, mushrooms, pecans, parsley, nama shoyu, a little balsalmic (not raw i know), and it tastes great! :)
