I've lost 60 pounds and feel fantastic eating all raw. Now, however, I'm at a standstill because I'm really craving lemon and or bananna tapioca or pudding!! This will be my downfall if I don't get a raw replacement fast. Anyone with recipies, please post it and thank you!!!:D

ps I did a search, but am SO confused!! LOL!!

Hi Marie!:)

Hey! Those recipies are totally awesome:D Thank you so very much for that.;)

I cannot have sweet fruits, so the last two I'm gonna try. Still can't find Chia seeds anywhere yet, though:rolleyes:

Blessings!!

There is a great chocolate mouse recipe around here. You'd never believe that is has avacodo in it. (The cocoa, or carob makes it brown so it doesn't look green) Also the filling for some of the pies in Alissa's book is great for a pudding. There are at least 2 banana pies. Good Luck.

I make the avocado chocolate pudding and it is sooooo good! I basically just use avocado, agave, and I've been using cocoa powder that is not raw (cause I'm not 100%) but you could use raw stuff. It's delicious and you can eat it with fruit or make it into a pie. It's REALLY good if you make it into a pie and then stick it in the freezer so the consistency gets nice and hard.. mmmm. I just had some this morning for breakfast.

I personally LOVE all things creamy like pudding as well.. so eating this chocolate pudding would totally help me get through if I was to be 100%. I'm thinking if you used coconut meat/oil/water as a base you could make all sorts of different flavored "puddings" with that right?

let us know how it goes if you try those recipes.. I'd love to make a lemon, vanilla, banana, or if possible a "carmel" type flavored pudding as it is my favorite! Good luck! :D

btw, congrats on your weight loss!!! woohoo!

I love this pudding. I can't remember where I got my original recipe.

Here is one that I googled, but it uses dates. I use Agave

All I do is get an avocado and scoop out into blender/processor. Add 1/2 tspn carob or cocoa powder, add a squirt of Agave and blend till fluffy!!

Then eat!! Sigh..!

I just finished the half I froze yesterday having come back in from shopping. Sooo GooD!! and it has filled me up!!:)

Tip... once discovered always have the ingredients ready -- cos you can't just do it once!!

Next tip-- when you make donut holes and they go wrong -- dunno what went wrong!! -- they did not stick together -- use that as a loose base and it is even better!!

I blend 2 pitted avocados and raw cacao powder (at least 1/3 cup) in a high speed blender. Then I drizzle raw blue agave nectar until it tastes just right to me. Sometimes I add a teensy bit of celtic salt to enhance the flavors.

this tapioca chia seed pudding is the best around. You all gotta try it!:)

Edited to add: Today I blended the tapioca in the blender, added some bananna flavor and sliced banannas after blending. This tasted like bananna pudding!!
