I made the whipped cream in alissa's book. That was not whipped cream! I used my vita-mix I left the ingredients in there for a while and it was still crunchy. I'm convinced I did something wrong I ate it over some banana ice-cream but it wasn't close to whip cream. Any suggestions?

I even tried putting it in the dry container it it did not help. which leads me to my next question. I don't have the whole grains cookbook that comes with the dry container. Are there any recipies in alissa's book that should go in the dry container vs. the wet one??

The dry container is for grinding grains to make flour. Other than that the wet container should work for anything you want to do.

Maybe you should have Soaked them before mixing. I think I cannot make some things RAW.........So I just live on My Memories of How they were.

That's funny I made a whipped cream recipe yesterday for her book and it was very whipped cream like. Made the one with cashews, orange, and date. Blended in the Blendtec and voila, very whipped cream like. We dipped strawberries in it.

I didn't soak, no. My Blendtec handled it just fine but I did have to add water. The result wasn't liquid but it was more liquidy than whipped cream until I stuck it in the fridge for a while.
