Just got my shipment of NY and I was wondering what I can use it in!?! I know about the cheddar cheese sauce, which will be my first creation with it, but what else can I use it for??
Also, what can I use my coconut oil for?!?! Just got that yesterday, and I have been dipping my finger into it for tasting purposes, as few too many times! But what else can I do with it!?!?!

It's great on everything.
My whole family loves it on salad. Just olive oil, Celtic sea salt and nutritional yeast. Delish.

You can make chocolate by mixing the coconut oil with cacao powder and agave nectar. When you stir it up you can eat it straight, use it as a frosting on raw cakes or cookies or you can put in the fridge and it solidifies like a chocolate bar. I like to add coconut concentrate when I do this because it adds creaminess.;)
Some people on the boards use coconut oil in their GS, but I haven't done that yet.
I've only used the Nutritional Yeast in the cheddar cheese sauce so far and do not have recipes for anything else, but I imagine that you could use it any raw sauce or dip.
