Macadamia is to DIE for! so rich and creamy, and very neutral too, it also makes fantastic ice creams!

I like sesame milk because its easy and inexpensive. I don't even strain it. Just grind up sesame seeds in my coffee bean grinder, throw in the blender with some water, blend and pour into a glass container. It is good for maybe 4 days or so.

I keep a jar of almond milk and a jar of hazelnut milk in the fridge, at all times! Almond milk is so versatile. Hazelnut is so flavorful. Definitely have to expand my world by trying some of these other milks posted here!

Half almonds, half macademia nuts and enough water to make it creamy a pinch of celtic salt. I don't like my mylk sweet (never liked soy milk sweet either), so I don't add the dates. But you could if you want.

The combination of almonds and macademia makes this really creamy. Hope you like it.
