hi guys,
i'm new to the raw food community, although i think i've been practicing something similar (or at least say 50%) for a long time; but never quite thought of it in delineated term of "raw food".
recently, my diet has mainly been fruits/blended vegetable, fasting, and some sweets. i notice when i get off fasting, all i want to eat is ramen noodles, chocolates, and chocolate muffin (even writing these words make me think about them too much :)
anyway, i believe raw diet is superior to an average diet, and want to convert my diet more to this genre. and simultaneously, try to find substitute/ways of getting of choc/sugar/starch. i used to get upset with myself when i eat them, but know i'm just channelling this energy to find a way out.
maybe eating raw at all time will help me get off this problem, and stay healthy in general. also, one issue is that since i don't like to cook, i am bothered with spending too much time in the kitchen to feed my stomach :)
tx you very much!
kathy
