Hormone Imbalance

I'm wondering if I may have a hormone imbalance. Is there a test that can be done? If I do have a hormone imbalance, how do I balance it out?

Saliva tests are the usual way of testing for hormonal status - just google this and I'm sure you'll find plenty of info and sites that offer home kits where you follow the instructions, send off the kit with your samples to their lab and you'll get a report back. In some cases they will recommend what to do to bring your hormones back into balance, often nutritional supplements and dietary suggestions. Good luck!

Do a little research on Vitex. It's from the Chasteberry tree and has been known to help balance the hormone system naturally. I started taking it a few weeks ago (it can take a month or two) and can already feel some differences in some of the issues I've been having.
