Just zuzzed this up in my blender.

1 1/2 cup nut milk
Handful of Cherries
t Mesquite
t Maca
t Lucuma
a squirt or two agave.

Blend it all up together. Makes a nummy nummy drink!! If you added a frozen banana you would have a lovely shake, two frozen bananas and it would make a nice pudding!! I am glad I picked up those cherries.
:D

One of my favorite professional chefs here in England is Jamie Oliver (Naked Chef, etc on BBCAmerica) has a habit of making up words all the time when it comes to the blender and food processor. It is one of his!

I watch his shows all the time and try to figure out how to make his food raw! I do that with Gordon Ramsay too.

Sounds great!

Where does an "Average (raw) Bear" get these ingredients??

There are a lot of places online to get the maca, mesquite and lucuma. It can be a bit pricey. I think you might be able to find some stuff here on Alissa's site. You can also get agave online as well, but try your local grocery store first. It might be cheaper. Also, if you have a Whole Foods or similar grocery store, you should be able to get all the 'exotic' items.

Everything else is easy.

Thank you! I already get Agave at WF, so I'll try them for the other things as well. The recipe sounds really good!
