Hi all!
I was just browsing around the internet for a raw food forum because I just purchased an excalibur and dont know what to do with it! lol :)

I'm not 100% by far but really believe in the raw food lifestyle and hope that I can do it someday. I'd like my diet to be simple, but i think in the transition period i need it to be a little more exciting so i dont fall off the bandwagon! I really like the philosophy of this site, and hope to read the book soon...
