So, I FINALLY got my nut/sprout bag so I made my first batch of nut milk. I mixed cashews and sunflower seeds.

Now I have all this pulp left over, so any ideas what I can do with it?!?!

All suggestions welcome!

If you have a dehydrator, you can dry it, and grind into flour for using in recipes like pie crusts, cookies, crackers, etc.

Or, you can do a search on here for "croutons" as I believe there is a recipe posted here a while back for them and it uses dried nut milk pulp.

If you do not have a dehydrator, some people freeze it and then thaw it later to use in various recipes that may call for nuts.

I've also seen reference to using it as a facial exfoliant like we used to do with oatmeal.

You could make it into a "cheese". You can probably search for a recipe for nut cheese. I recently made a cheese from almond pulp. It needs a little tweaking, but it worked pretty well.

I make scones. There's a recipe on the board somewhere...you mix it with agave and lemon peel and some other things.
Do a search :)
