Apple pie!!! Mmmmmm...

Tonight I had Alissa's enchiladas and then some of her apple pie for dessert...it was AWESOME! Those apple pies are great desserts, especially when you seperate them into little tart pans.

Sorry, but it's always fun to look back on a raw meal and thing "Geez...that was raw?"

I also think it's great than two small enchiladas and a tiny bit of apple pie gets me full...when I used to be able to eat about 5 enchiladas from Taco Bell and still have room for dessert.

I hate cooked apples (thus hating cooked apple pie) so when I found out I actually LOVED "raw" apple pie it was like entering a whole new world. :D I made up a lovely apple berry pie for my hubby on father's day and he loved it too.

Lunawitch, I'm with YOU on the cooked apples, **YUCK**!!

I would eat apple pie and pick all the apples out, so I was really only eating crust and juice/syrup! But now, yeah raw apple pie IS good.

Ha! And here I thought I was all alone in hating the taste of cooked apples! I felt so left out as a kid when my mom cooked pies. I wanted some dessert too! Just not those darned cooked apples! :(

Steve, i know what you mean, i used to be able to eat so much cooked food but know just a little raw food fills me up so quickly, its great!
