I went to Ecopolitan Raw Food Restaurant in Minneapolis, with my friend about 2 weeks ago & took pictures of our meals.

I had the walnut mushroom burger! So good~

What was burger made from? I'm into low cal and not all the fabulous fattening nuts most have...thanks....

It WAS fabulous!

The burger was made from marinated mushrooms & walnuts.

The bread was sprouted buckwheat & really crumbly - but who cares, right??

They made their own mustard, ketchup & pickles too - a bit on the apple cidar vinegary side.

Everything was wonderful!
