which is the "ropeless" jumprope. But then I just decided to use my Turbo Jam gloves and swing my arms and jump like rope jumping. So much cheaper and I believe the same things as what I would get for $50/$60. Of course, that's sans their video. But hey, I just found a techno station on the web and jumped away. Want to do this 2-3 times a week in addition to Turbo Jam Cardio and Abs.
