Me and my husband are having a dinner party next week for our friends who are interested in our new 'lifestyle'!!
If anyone has a favorite, simple and tasty recipe that even SAD people will love... please share!! It will be much appreciated!!!:D

We're doing a 5 course meal for them!!! So any recipes that can be pre-prepared .. like a day of two in advanced would be good too!!

Since we've only been doing this ourselves for about 2 weeks we need help!

We are big into dinner parties and love to entertain people. We don't want people to stop coming to our parties because they don't like our new food choices!

For dessert: Alissa's date nut torte
Mysticat's choc chip cookies

Best of luck and have fun,

Alissa's lasagna is AMAZING! But you need a dehydrator.

Allissa mushrooms in the dehydrator are excellent , not the pesto ones but the ginger namo shoyu ones ( sorry not near the book)! Mango salad with red onion a few cherry toms, cumin and lime juice , yum ! A nice raw soup, even gazpacho.... along with an entree and maybe a dip with crudities and crackers?? Several desserts. Fruit kabobs?
I am getting hungry !

I would suggest some no-bean hummus (with zucchini) and some flax crackers. I always fee it to my SAD office, and they love it. I haven't broken the new to them that it is raw yet!

Strawberries - cut leaf off and top with chocolate. Pretty and GOOD!
Tunafish on a bed of lettuce, with cukes and tomatoes.
Crackers or veggies with a dip
A big salad with a couple different dressings.
Pesto stuffed mushrooms.
Chocolate Pudding
Hope these spark some ideas- and of course they are all raw.
Have fun.
