Hi, everyone!

So I'll get straight to the point. When I'm at my dad's house, I have a grocery budget of $20 for two weeks (I'm there about five days in those two weeks.) I do not have a blender, food processor, dehydrator, etc. He does not know I'm raw. I need recipes that can be made without any tools aside from knives, bowls, etc., which don't have expensive ingredients, and which don't take too long to make.

Thanks so much!

I would just do veggie wraps. Use peppers, carrots, zucchini, etc and wrap in lettuce leaves. Minimum of prep and tools. You can also throw some nuts into a plastic bag, or in a bowl and use a jar or can to crush them up for a little protein.

Those are my ideas. I am coming up with ideas for a camping trip. So, I understand.

how about--

-a bowl of bananas with walnuts

-romaine wraps w/ avacado, sprouts etc

-fruit salad

-marinated mushrooms and/or kale

-guacamole with celery or jicama

Another thing is--can you bring things with you? If not a sack of food, how about just a few things in your purse or backapack?

kale salad - ingredients:

kale
olive oil
salt
apple cider vinegar/lime juice or lemon juice (or any combo of these)

marinated mushrooms

olive oil

both will last three days in the fridge and make a yummy dinner. add in some chopped up tomatoes or cucumbers... mmmmmmm yummy

i also eat:

cut up cucumbers as cracker with any raw dip like:

1 large zucchini - or a few small ones
1/2 cup of cashews (soaked and dehydrated)
what ever spices you would like to add
