Hello folks, nice to have you on the line! :)

I like oatmeal (Avena sativa) very very much, but the only way I got it is in seeds that are peeled and don't sprout... how can you get oatmeal alive seeds??

Same happens with rice, I used to love rice so much, but I think the only rice that can sprout (obviously between the ones that can be bought on the shops... :)) is the wild rice, isn't it?

I miss the cereals in my diet because I don't have a dehydrator right now and I can not eat all those delicious and raw foods like pizza, "bread", crackers... etc. Any suggestion about how to include cereals in my daily diet appart from sprouted in salads?

Many thanks for your answers, and good health and good mood for everybody!!

Right now I am eating fresh wheat that has been soaked and is starting to slightly sprout. I live in Kansas in wheat country and it is harvest time so I am in heaven with all this fresh wheat to munch on. I dipped a spoon in my raw honey and strired it around my soaked wheat and it's like eating cereal. ;) YUMMY!

Love,
Angie
