spring allergies gone

no kidding...usually i am miserable when the goldenrod blooms...but, i am totally ok. no symptoms at all. yipee! :D

Another benefit of being raw!!! That is way cool!

Someone told me at the HFS that she suffered allergies her entire life. A local bee keeper told her to take a spoonful of LOCAL (to her area) honey a day and he guaranteed her allergies (that the meds couldn't even help) would go away.

She is going on 6 years of being allergy free by ingesting the local bee honey.
It wouldn't work for me, as I don't do honey, but then again, I don't suffer with allergies either. :p

But lodestar - that is WAAAAAAY cool!!!!!!
