Help! Need to make a RAW Poster for Kitchen

I mean, please, help. I need to make a poster with a wise saying on it along with a beautiful photo. I want to use what Dakinimind said today in his post in "Who Are You" on this RFT forum. He said "For me, everyday I spend raw seems to gain a day in the future rather than lose a day to the past." I want to his words to make myself a small poster to hang in my kitchen but I haven't a clue how to do it. I would also like to add a beautiful and inspiring photo to it. Would someone be willing/able to direct me to the right sort of place to get this done? Thank you so much.:)

Rawkinlocs - Hi. That is just what I thought might be the place - my local printer. We have one here called "Hurry Print" and I'll try them. I really appreciate all your help today and the two sites you also gave me. I'll let you know how I make out.

I flip through magazines like Shape and Fitness and Health, and when I see beautiful pictures of fruits and veggies I cut them out and stick them on the fridge, this saves me a lot of ink!

A Chalk Board would seem to make a Great Companion for your Picture. I find if I Write something down it reinforces it in My Mind. Also you can change it when another Great Saying is Revealed...............
