Thyroid Question??

I have taken iodine in the past for a sluggish thyriod-- I was hoping that with going raw my body would heal my thyroid.

Has anyone with thyroid problems seen results from being raw and how long did it take till your thyroid functioned properly?

Be patient - after 4 months raw I had my t3/t4 levels checked because I felt hot, etc but it was still the same. That's not very long, though. Healing can take time.
