How bout raw chipotle aioli?

Any ideas for this? Any raw recipe books have recipes? I LOVE this stuff and really miss it.

hmmm,since chipotle isn't actually raw, i don't know.
although I have seen quite a few raw recipes that include it as flavoring.
smoke flavoring/sundried toms & peppers might work blended up for the same texture/flavor though

maybe try this~

Sundrieds/liquid smoke/japenos or milder peppers
garlic cloves, minced
soaked cashews or raw mayo
freshly squeezed lime juice
salt
black pepper

no idea on amounts.
or you could make a raw sour cream recipe & add the sundrieds/smoke/peppers
