I'd love to make a beautiful raw 7 layer dip. Any ideas as to what could be included (recipes, too!).
I'm thinking like...rawfied beans, guac, nut cream, nut cheese, olives, tomatoes, onions...any other ideas? THanks!

Thanks! I should really make this. Anyone have a spectacular taco meat recipe? Mine never turn out very great.

I made a raw seven layer once.

I used either Alissa's refried beans or a raw brazil nut cheese than avocado mashed up, tomatoes, green onions, olives, shedded lettuce and raw sour cream.

Very yum!

You could also sprinkle some jalopenos on top!

I have made a 4 layer for many SAD gatherings for my family.
I make the chedder cheeze recipe that has been flaoting around here forever, layered with walnut taco meat, Guac & topped with salsa.
my DH's fam LOVES this & always asks for recipes!
you could add olives, Alissa's sour cream(although there is also a good one in Cafe gratitude book) and make some refrieds w/ the sunflower recipe.
OR just make it 4, 5 or 6 layers!

What are you using as a dipper? Corn chips? Veggies? Crackers?

Veggies most likely but possibly corn chips. It's another wedding reception idea. Who knows...I'm sure I'm going to be too overwhelmed in a few weeks to think about making this, but it sure sounded like a great idea.

My top favorite dippers include cucumber rounds (with the skin on)and carrot and celery strips. Never tire of these for some reason. Have not made the dehydrated corn chips yet.

This is a great idea. Such a good dish to bring to potlucks & partys where everyone would be willing to try it (and probably have no idea its even raw)

hmm lets see, I'm not a fan of the "taco meat" in dips so I think I would try these things:
rawfried beans
salsa
guac
raw cream
& some sort of "cheeze"

For me, the magic ingredient in walnut taco meat is oil packed sundried tomatoes, well drained and squeeze dried with paper towels. Add this to your recipe and see how you like it.
