Simple, Yummy Salad Dressing ...

I love this salad dressing the rest of my family says it's a bit strong on the basil but it has such a wonderful fresh taste.

Tomato Basil Salad Dressing

4 Roma Tomatoes
2 oz. lemon juice (aprox. the juice from one large lemon)
2 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp. Sea Salt (or your preferred equivelent)
2 6-8 in. stalks of fresh basil - leaves only

Blend until smooth. Makes about 2 c.

Hi, Thanks for the recipe, sounds like just what I was looking for, but somehow, I forgot what EVOO is. I used to know, but it has escaped my memory.
