New raw restaurant to open in Central Florida

I read in the Orlando Sentinel today that a new raw restaurant is to open in Winter Park sometime in July! The name is going to be Cafe 118.

I was so very excited to read this today!! :D If that restaurant opens I will definitly go to check it out. I have never dined at a raw restaurant before and look forward to the experience. The paper said that Matthew Kenney has inspired this one.

Yeah, please do!! We're hoping to come to Orlando in January and I'd love to go to a raw food place...any other raw food friendly places I could go?
