Omnivore: 145lbs
Conscious Omnivore: 138lbs (6 years)
Vegan: 122lbs (2 years)
Raw Vegan: 115lbs (1 months)
Fruitarian: 110lbs (2 months)
Age: 29
3 Month Changes:
- Fingernails look picture perfect; no spots, pink, extremely hard, growing very fast, no peeling
- Hands and arms are shiny and baby soft.
- Fall to sleep faster
- Feel extremely relaxed both physically and mentally
- Strength:Weight ration has remained the same
- Absolutely no itching when eating fruit (i couldn't eat any fruit before without itching and breaking out)
- Feel lighter on my feet and after meals (taking nuts out helped me here)
I had a large profile blood test done by my doctor. All results were fine. I have went through days and weeks where my skin was tinted yellow or olive. Many people thought I was sick. I just kept doing my thing and it's been getting better. There are many changes I've went through and not all of them are going to look great.
Throughout the entire time I was raw I have not contacted one cold or flu. I've been around several sick people that sit right beside me and cough and sneeze, and nothing.
As for food, I eat what I consider fun and easy. I only follow what my body tells me it wants. So there is no measuring protein levels or fat intake. I eat only raw fruits and vegetables, and a tiny amount of flaxseeds. I find this works best for me.
In a typical day I'll have fruits, a smoothie, a huge salad. It could be in any order and sometimes I'll only have veggies or fruit for a whole day, or even do a short fast. It all depends on what my body is telling me.
To me this diet is a fun diet and there are no restrictions on quantity of food. The body does not operate on numbers. It is much more complex then that.
I have some silly pictures of me that I just took today.
Thanks for reading. And make sure to enjoy the raw lifestyle.
