Anyone have this issue? I started brushing with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide 2 days ago. Mind you, I have a soft bristle brush and went easy since I have worn off enamel from brushing too hard in the past. My gums are REALLY sore and raw in places. How long does it take for that to go away? I tried swishing the hydrogen peroxide too since I thought that might make it heal faster? Maybe I should just be oil pulling with coconut oil instead?

It bring blood to the gums and helped heal mine.
They were sore and receding and also oil pulling helped also.
The cayanne doesn't burn, it feels warm and i let it set on my gums for a couple of minutes.
Believe me it really helped mine and i told a church member about it and she tried it and loved the feeling it gave her.

Are you diluting the hp? HP is an acid. It's used to bleach hair and bones when put out on display. Even the 3% hydrogen peroxide should be diluted another 50% w/ water. "Overuse may actually damage cells and soften tooth surfaces".
