Call Today to Stop Worst Vaccine Bill Ever in New York Take Action!

ALL FEDERAL SHOTS WILL BECOME MANDATORY

Act now to stop the worst vaccine law ever proposed in New York since the
invention of the mandatory schedule. Assembly Bill 10942 would make all
vaccines recommended by the CDC mandatory for all children to attend school
and, and for the first time vaccines would become mandatory for infants and
toddlers.

The bill was introduced in Rules Committee at the request of Richard Daines,
the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Health. The Rules
Committee in the personal committee of the Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver
(D-Manhattan) .

A-CHAMP is calling for rejection of this bill and is demanding the
passage of
A5468/S3031, a bill that would give individuals a right to a philosophical
exemption from vaccine mandates. This is no time to transfer vaccine
decisions
away from individuals and elected officials answerable to the voters and
give
it to obscure bureaucrats with financial ties to the vaccine industry.

Here are a few features of the proposed bill:

· Our elected New York representatives would no longer determine the
mandatory schedule of vaccines to attend school; decisions made by the
federal
Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices would automatically become
mandatory.

· All children, infants and toddlers included, in New York would be
required to get all vaccines recommended by the ACIP according to the ACIP
schedule

· All children in New York up to age 18 would be required to get annual
flu shots.

· All girls in New York would be required to get a human papilloma virus
shot.

· All junior high school children and college students would be required
to get meningococcal shots.

· Doctors would be required to issue certificates for every shot given
and parents would be required to maintain the records and provide them to
school and other authorities.

· The rules committee claims that the new laws would have no fiscal impact
on the state despite the necessity of the state to spend tens of millions on
purchasing new vaccines, a vast increase in mandatory record keeping and
enforcement for schools, and a huge increase that could be expected in the
number of cases of neurological damage, Guillian Barré syndrome and other
vaccine-caused injuries.

We only have a few weeks to defeat this bill. Let your Assemblymember and
State Senator know immediately that a vote for this bill guarantees that you
will do everything you can to get them un-elected. In addition to
emailing and
calling your local representatives, please call Speaker Sheldon Silver
and let
his staff know, politely, that this is a disastrous idea. While you are
at it
please call Governor David Paterson and let his staff know, politely, that
this is a horrible law.

Oh my gosh! Is this for real?! This is a total violation of our freedom! If this passes in NY, what states will be next?
The government FORCING us to get injected, FORCING us to allow our children to be injected!! Who knows what they'll start injecting us with next? I don't like this thought at all.................
I'm not hard core against immunizations and my children have had some of them BUT to not have the freedom to decide for myself what I and they will have done to them medically is absolutely not acceptable. This is a very serious infringement on our rights as human beings!

I wanted to post in and encourage everyone to get behind this and make your voice heard to stop this insanity. It is not just about NY, or wherever you may live, it is about the gov't telling us what we can and cannot do. If they can "mandate" this then it opens the door to them "mandating" other things as well. Regardless of whether or not you agree with vacinations or not, that is not the issoe. This is so important to stop and let them know that we are in charge of our own health and we can make our own choices. This kind of stuff makes me so mad because it is taking away our freedom.

This is VERY BAD for one thing the new HPV vac hasn't been out very long and they don't know ALL of the side effects for it. ALSO, I read that this HPV vac has something in it that destroys your body with a poisonous chemical such as high dose Aluminium (not sure exactly) which breaks down in the body over time causing damage. More than 40 cases of Guillian-Barre syndrome – an immune disorder that results in tingling, numbness and even paralysis of the muscles – have been reported in girls who got the HPV vaccine in combination with a meningitis vaccine. It is also thought to even cause MORE cancer than it protects against. Here is a link for some information on it. awful! I am almost completely against vaccines - they made me very sick as a child, my first-born had all the required shots and was sick most of his infancy and toddlerhood. He would spend all winter with a runny nose and ear infections, and to this day has a lower tolerance and takes longer to get over a cold. My daughter has had no shots whatsoever, her illnesses are short-lived, and she gets fewer illnesses overall than her brother.

I wish I could do something to help with the situation in NY, so I'll just pray that this terrible bill is defeated.

I keep thinking though, that surely there must be a loophole in there somewhere . . . like getting a doctor (NP) to sign off that it isn't in the best interest of the child or something . . .

Yeah, what about all the religious people...they're going to make Christian Scientists vaccinate? I just don't see how they can do that. And though I'm not very religious, I still use the religious exemption b/c I've found it's the only way doctors leave us alone. So what then? Ugh. It'd be one thing if it were just public school kids or something, but EVERY kid???? How can they do that? I'm so worried. Please send positive thoughts our way...to all of us in New York with children. We really need thoughts, positive energy, prayers...whatever you'd like to send us.

I think that religious people will still be able to claim the religious exemption. I don't live in NY, but I'm sure vaccines are required to enter public schools and daycares unless you have the proper exemption. They probably want to make this new law so that even children who don't use public schools or daycare centers will still have to get vaccines unless they have a religious or medical exemption. I think that's why your original post said that they wanted a philosophical exemption, so that non-religious people who don't use public schools or daycares would still have the choice to not vaccinate without penalty.

I do know that babies that are born into hospitals are tracked through their SS numbers. They can't enter public schools w/out them. I guess that's why some homeschool.

In reply to my recent post-I just remembered this. Bush passed a bill into law a few weeks ago to take newborns DNA from them. So every baby born in the hospital will have DNA samples on file. I don't know when this goes into effect. Have they planned to clone us?

When I first read this I thought "there is no way this is true" so I did a small amount of research on the internet and yes, it seems it is true. WHAT??!!! This is way too much control. I'm seriously considering moving to another country. I'm a labor and delivery nurse and I haven't heard anything about this yet. I also know if somehow I'm required to get a sample of the newborn's DNA I will absolutely REFUSE to do it! The government has no business forcing immunizations and a DNA database! I'm outraged.:mad:

The fourth amendment was squashed yesterday and now apparently they are getting ready to bug and tap our phones. Looking for terrorists they say. I did find an interesting story this morning-they are trying to pass legislation to have all credit card and e-bay sales reported to the federal government. Nuts! I haven't been to this forum much in the last year because I've been pre-occupied with researching what is going on behind the scenes. My focus has been to educate and inform others. I was so relieved when I read your post because sometimes it seems like no one is paying attention. You might also want to check out jordon maxwell, david icke.
