You can make Crackers out of it. After you Dehydrate it you can also keep it in the Freezer..

I usually dehydrate mine, freeze it, then when a recipe calls for a "flour", I grind it (in a coffee grinder) and use it. Gr8 stuff!!!

I use it for scones sometimes, and it works out fine, but I do pump the dehydrator up to 145 for the first hour before the food has actually warmed up, then promptly drop it to 105 for the remainder of the time.

ooooh freeze it. i just kept mine in the cupboard but i did have some mould.
