...goes well with smashed avocado?
I am so fed up with trying to make a corn chip recipe that I'm actually happy with, so is there another cracker that would go good with avocado?

I made a flat bread by processing walnuts and zucchini together and then dehydrating it. It has a nice nutty taste and I spread avocado on it.

I ate some mashed avacado on a celery stick last night, reminded me of the creaminess of eating cream cheese on celery.

I like to use slices of Jicama as my "chip" for guacamole and salsa.

We like sliced zucchini. We used to make long slices and put avocado, sunflower seeds and sprouts between them, like a sandwich.

Avacado is also good with the whiter, thicker ends of romaine lettuce.

I use green cabbage or red cabbage as chips. Dipping doesn't work well so I just spoon the guacamole onto the cabbage.

I do that, too.

Guacamole is great on a marinated portobello and mexican flavored flax crackers. I chop avocado into many of my salads. I top pizza crust with avocado, tomato, onion and peppers, its great in wraps of lettuce, collard, or cabbage, you could season it and stuff a bell pepper.

Guacamole is my favorite thing in the world. I eat it with just about any kind of dipper. Flax crackers, almond bread, onion bread, celery, carrots, bell pepper strips, scallions. Very, very thinly sliced sweet potato and jicama dehydrated is good, too. I think carrots might be my favorite, though. I bought some corn chips from a raw company - they were chewy and stuck in my teeth. I like the crunch of carrots better.
