Hi All..
My Omega is on it's way. I have mastered the green smoothie's, and want to add str8 juice, into the mix as well. But the question I have is... With Smoothies the fiber slows down the absorption time, juicing doesnt. BANG goes right to where it needs to...So would juicing the same quantities of greens in a smoothie, cause for a much stronger reaction, and should be avoided until my system is used to it?
Im not new, almost 3 years 100% I eat about 6 full heads of different greens a day, spaced out between 2 smoothies. Never done the juice thing. I hope you guys get what Im sayin...
