Hello,
My name is Danielle and around Jan 08 I decided to change my lifestlye to Raw Foods. A few months ago I began feeling extremely tried - about 3 weeks ago I finally went to the doctors and found out that I 3 months pregnant. No we were not planning this. It has been almost 8 1/2years since our daughter was born. But all is good.
Around this time NOTHING raw seems to appeal to me. Being new to this lifestlye I am struggling a bit. But I am determined to succeed. I purchased Alissa's book and I am one foot out the door to go food shopping to restart.
It is my goal to find a balance were I have enegry, peace and a whole lotta patience. I was originally losing weight - of course that has stopped. I have been reading the various postings on the forum of others and there feedback. One question I have is it possible to continue to lose exess weight while achieving a thriving pregnancy? Not to sound vain - but I was hoping to lose weight to feel better - I am heavier on the bottom.
Also - can anyone recommend some recipes for smoothies? Thank you
All advice, guideance and direction is greatly appreicated and welcomed!
Thank you
Danielle
