Hello,
My name is Lily and I'm 21 from Quebec, Canada. I've been reading the Raw Food Talk forum for at least 3-4 months almost everyday and now I've made up a plan and I'm ready for 100 % raw. (I've been vegetarian for almost 8 years and for the past few months, more vegan and raw). There's a lot of things in my life in need to overcome, more precisely my skin (bad bad acne) and my mood (long lasting depression), so that's why raw seems like the perfect match to me. I've taken pictures this morning of me pre-raw (skin and body ) and I've written my first day datas and hopefully, I will post on june 28, july 28, august 28, etc... my evolution on Raw Food Talk. I might also give and ask for some advices, I think this forum is super cool and I've learned a lot so far. I'm really passionate by naturopathy as I'm working as a health food store supplements counsellor. My main passion though is definitely music. I'm an aspiring singer-songwriter. So that's it ! Hope we become good cyber-friends !
