Help! I bought a whole bunch of goji berries and now I don't know what to do with them.
Does anybody have any good recipes or ideas? Thanks.

I eat them plain. Or make a mix of cacao nibs and goji berries...
Here's a recipe:

My daughter loves em in her mashed banana, coconut oil, and oat groat oatmeal. Throw some cinnamon on and voila!

I soak them and add them to my green smoothies

I made my own raw bars with goji berries the other day, and they were delicious:
- raw almonds, Brazil nuts and walnuts (run through my food processor)
- raw flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- chopped dates
- goji berries
- a spoonful of extra-virgin coconut oil
- enough raw honey to make it all stick together to form bars
Absolutely delicious!!

I used to buy cooked bars made from sunflower seeds, peanuts, dates, and raisins. I can't buy raw raisins, so I use goji berries in their place to make a raw version.
There was a cheesecake on this forum that was said to be the best dessert ever made. I never made it because it contained cacao butter and goji berries which I couldn't afford at the time. But you could try it?
