Hard Toe Nails

Does anyone know what would be good for very hard toenails? When I go to trim the nails I have a heck of a time getting the clippers to take the nail. I also have one toenail that is peeling away from the bed of the toe.

Sounds like you might have nail fungus. Try soaking your nails in vinegar and applying a lotion containing urea. Doesn't matter what brand. I use whatever is the cheapest when I buy one.

Thank you for the suggestion. Do I just add the vineger into the water?


I have not done a whole lot to my feet throughout my whole life, so I want to start taking care of all my body, not just raw foods, but natural products to heal my inner and outer self.
