I made it last week, froze it, and made a "sandwich" out of it today. Not crazy about it. It might be better if I dehydrated it more so that it would be crisper like crackers which I could simply use with dips and guac. etc. Would you suggest this? And how long in the dehydrator? (Over and above the time I already did it, I mean - the bread is pliable now.) Thank you muchly.:) Argh! I so want to make something in the way of bread or crackers that I like!!:(
Hmmmm... I don't know if it would be a problem that it's already been frozen... but likely it's not an issue.
So, yeah... dehydrate away. I can't tell you for how long -- I'd say just stop once it's as crispy as you'd like.

now that is something I didn't think of at all - the fact that it has been frozen. Thanks Eva. Not sure yet what I'll do.
