I love, love kale chips. I tried to make zucchini chips, and even though I marinated them first--I didn't care for them. What did I do wrong? How thin do they need to be? I think mine might have been too thick?
What else do you guys "chip"?

Jimaca chips are great (type it into youtube, will show you exactly how to make them)

all the same principle, slice, marinate and dehydrate..play with the flavours you like
