I'm currently into the second day of my GS feast and I had a few questions for people who've done this before:
What variety of greens did you use every day to ensure you got the proper nutrients?
Are gas and constipation normal things to have during the beginning of detox?
Is it ok to have a raw green soup in place of a green/fruit smoothie? I added bell peppers, garlic, carrots, avocados and some seasonings to blended spinach and I don't know if I should be doing this during the fast.
Any insight is very much appreciated. Thank you!
