question about the salad dressings in Alissa's book

Hey there everybody. I was wondering how long the salad dressings in Alissa's book will last in the refrigerator--I dont know how long they stay fresh before risking spoilage. I would probably keep the dressing in a glass jar, if that matters any.

I dont keep dressings over a week. My favorite dressing in her book is the caesar salad dressing. It rawks!!

Thank you for your reply! If they last about a week, then maybe I should half the recipes since it is only me that will be eating them and I am assuming I would only use a few tablespoons per salad (I know this is not a diet but I dont like overly dressed salads anyway).
