One thing I don't like about raw pizzas is the rock hard crispy crusts that snap in 10 peices which each bite. Are there any non crispy/like real bread raw pizza crusts? I guess this means just dehydrating less, but would it need a different recipe?
I also guess this means they won't keep long at all? One thing I like with the crispy ones is I can keep them for weeks/months. I guess I'll have to decide between crispy long shelf life or moist short shelf life. But I rarely make raw pizzas and was hoping maybe a moist crust would make it better.
Thanks

I'm a young 2 months raw foodist, but I think it is not possible... If you dehydrated too less, it won't taste like the read thing and it will break (I assume)
I did not prepare any bread yet... when I finish my fast I will, but... I assume the breads are somewhat soft... so you can prepare the bread, and when it's done, you can prepare the pizza tops. When you are done, put the whole pizza on the dehydrator for one hour. The bread will warm up, the raw almond cheese and your toppins will fuse somewhat (probably not too much at all due low temperature) and it will appear more like a real pizza.
Well... I better stop talking about pizzas lol :)

I use the onion bread recipe. Chewy, flexible, tasty.

That's true, I remember making pizza out of onion bread 1-2 years ago, it's quite good but not similar to real bread, I was looking for something that would be more similar to real bread. Maybe I can try Ani's black sesame bread not fully dehydrated, but I'll try the onion bread also, I don't make it very often.

I just took these out of the dehydrator! Oh man, they are SOOOOO good! I had no idea they would be this good.
I am going to top them tonight with avacado/guac. spread, sliced tomatoes, and anything else I can find.
