I have this book!
It looks great, just wondering if anyone has tried any recipes and which ones are an ACE in the hole?
BTW - I have a double batch of the famous ONION BREAD in the dehydrator!
SMELLS AWESOME!!!

I found a olive bread recipe in the Complete book of raw - have to sprout buckwheat..will let you know!

The Mango Lassi is divine. I also love the Thai Coconut Curry Soup.

My favorite from this book is the Cabbage Salad, pg. 55. I'll bet I've made it 4 times in the last 3 weeks. There's something about that dressing. I can't get enough. I made a small change though - I use only 1/4 cup of sesame oil, and I add an avocado to the dressing to thicken it up a bit.

But seriously, it is just wonderful! I need to try the truffles now though...

FYI, there are lots of these available on eBay--LOTS. Only a few sellers, but most of them have many copies in new condition -- about $16.50 shipped. Just ordered mine :)
