Is this an acquired taste?
I think I'm stuck on the "whole seed stuck in your teeth weird texture when you chew thing"
Will this pass?
Should I just keep eating them until I get used to them?

I always grind the seeds first so they're more digestible. In my opinion, when you see whole flaxseeds in your poo, you know they're just not being digested. Grinding is a good solution. I know what you mean though too about the texture thing. I can't stand them in my mouth. I like almond pulp crackers in which you grind the flax, mix in the same amount of almond pulp, some nutritional yeast (a generous amount), and some salt. You could add spices, too. Yum.

I've recently found out I can no longer stomach them either - which is a bummer, because I used to make them all the time. I find I am liking the smooth crackers better - the "Ritz" crackers & "Rawritos" are winners with me right now. :D
