I've been searching the web and forums for a nut-free crust recipe, and I can't find one :(

Something out of maybe buckwheat, oats...Perhaps just those two, ground and blended with dates or agave and some coconut oil? I need some ideas! I want a nice raw dessert that is a bit lighter on the fats :o

Thanks!

How about the pulp of apples/asian pears combined with Oat groats

Should work no problems

Rawvolution's quiche is made with his onion bread, it does have sunflower seeds, not sure if that's considered a nut and/or ok with you. It isn't a quick recipe though, I think it's 32 hours to dehydrate.
