New to Raw

Hello!
I am a retired 59 year old (f )from Cambridge, MA and am exploring Raw to improve my health.

I have gone from diet to diet and, after 50, it seems that the weight sticks and does not budge no matter the program. I need to eat well, I need to feel well again..and I need to begin it NOW.
That's why I am here.

Thanks to all for your welcome. I do plan on going to the North End and to the Restaurant. But right now I am awaiting the arrival of my book and an email from
a local gal who holds introductary session for those wanting to know more about the lifestyle..for that is what I perceive it to be...it is going to demand a total change of the way I live.(eating is a BIG part of this gal's life.)
