Eggplant and zuke rattatouille...

I swear someone recently mentioned a yummy eggplant/zucchini rattatouile(sp) that you made and put in fridge for awhile to blend flavors. I thought I wrote the recipe down on a 4x6 index as I do but...can't find anywhere and I want to try it.
Thanks to anyone who can help ~ I searched with no luck....

I Copy and Past Recipes into My "Save a Draft". I can surf RAW Food Talk, Log off RFT, Go to My Email and paste it. Hope this helps you in the Future. I don't think I copied it but If I did, I will post it for you. Have a RAW Day.

Thank you both for your help~ guess I won't try after all. Maybe I'll try the eggplant drifters...I can always use the zuke in something!

You can use the zuke in hummus in place of sprouted garbanzos. That is what I do, and it tastes wonderful.
