I am ashamed. I think I blogged a bit too much information about my personal life. How can I delete one or two entries? I was venting a bit too much. Can I blame the detox? I tried to delete them but couldn't get it to work. Thanks for your help.

Hey Sue...

1. You must be logged in. Sometimes I get logged out when I go to my blog, so that could be the issue.

2. If you are logged in, on the lower left corner, you'll see really small links that say "edit" and "delete." I'm sure you can figure it out from there! :)

No Eva, I tried these buttons, but I am a computer novice.

It can be done. Once I posted one twice and later came back and deleted one of them. Some days I consider deleting all of them. I seem to have the urge to share my emotions on line far more than in person!!

LOL, OK, I'm opening another screen so I can figure out exactly for ya!

So, there is the underlined link in white on the lower left of that individual blog entry (you must first click on the entry you would like to delete). Click the white letters that say "delete."

After that, you will have two options and will need to click the circle for "delete entry."

Next, click the button below that says "Save changes."

Shashibala, I find that blogging really helps me, but then I worry about who might read it. Anyway, I deleted a few more than I planned I think as I didn't know what I was doing. No matter. Thanks for commenting on this.

Eva, thanks so much for detailing this for me. You know what? I copied your instructions out, went to my blog to proceed to follow them, and found that those entries had indeed been deleted (and maybe a few more). I did it I guess, but really it did not appear to be working at the time and I didn't know what I was doing. Anyway, I still find that venting helps, so I may do it again. It also helps to keep track of moods and to notice any connections between them and food or other events. I really appreciate the help.

Sue.
