It is in the dehydrator and it smells so good. It took me 2 hours to make it though. Likely because I wasn't familiar with it. I had quite a hard time spreading it on the Teflex sheets. I used 2 sheets. It was like a heavy cookie dough so I am not sure if I did something wrong? I remember making Alissa's flax crackers back in December and they were easy to spread out. I also wasn't sure about the sizing (of the Pizza bread, I mean) even though she said to make them 4-6 inches. I always have trouble with making sandwiches or wraps if they are too small - veggies spilling out everywhere. How do you make this bread - any tweaks here? Do you use one teflex sheet, what shape do you make this bread, and how thick? Was your "dough" thick, and heavy too - hard to spread out? I'd appreciate hearing from some of you on this.
