Hello everyone. Very new to raw foods but feally a dramactic sort empowerment with this change. I became a vegetarian right out of high school 21 years ago. Then feelling as though something was not right, hungry and tired all the time I began eating meat with the family (to the shock and horror of my life long 12 year old vegetarian daughter). Now I have come full circle one year later and have eliminated all that stuff and am doing the raw thing and feel great. (It's only been a few weeks). My sister turned me onto raw foods by sending me links to great sites all the time. I found this site on my own though. I saw Alissa on Tyra awhile back and was really moved by her and her clients great dispositions. You could see their lights shining!
Here I am finally.

Hi RawMomof6,
Welcome...Where are you in VA? If you are interested and are close, I'm in the Tidewater area and would love to connect. (Just e-mail me.) I just finished 2-1/2 days of 1:1 time in the kitchen with one of the very gifted rawbees out there and would love to have some companionship in the kitchen as I put my newly acquired skills to work.
Blessings to you,
EastCoastie.
