other extra challenges-could you please read today's journal entry. I'm at a total loss here.
It's days like these that explain why I overate, drank too much on occasion, and needed sleeping pills.
I have no vice anymore for coping anymore, except venting in my journal.
How can life go ON like this?
Some days I am exhausted before 10 am.
I'm so sick of expecting a GREAT day, only to have it dashed before lunch time.
Something's gotta give, but finding help has proven to be IMPOSSIBLE.
