I have a chance to interview Juliano (the raw food chef who wrote RAW..has a restaraunt called RAW...you know..)

Anyway, What should I ask him? Anyone? Thanks in advance!

Not everyone can be a great chef or spend the time he does preparing.....what suggestions does he have for the simple person?

I would like to know if he has ever thought about putting out an easier recipe book to follow. One like you did. I think his recipes are wonderful but very expensive and time consuming.

Alex! That is very cool! I'd like to know what "a day in the life" of Juliano looks like.

What trends does he see in raw restaurants...are they expanding outside of Calif? Or struggling?

Isn't he the guy that cooks his bread (for the restaurant) on a hot rock in Palm Springs?

What recipe is he MOST proud of (then give it to us ;) )

What raw principles does he personally embrace?
