Hey , I want to share a modified-to-raw recipe from my cooked veg days ....

Originally this recipe is made with shelled edamame ,but I think any sprouted bean would be rawtastic !!!!!(new word :p)!

OK ,a cup of beans or peas?

1/2 cup of shredded or spiralized carrot

1 T or 2 of NAMA SHOYU

1/4 cup of thin green onions

and some sesame seeds opt!

nori opt.

ok , place beans, carrots ,onions and nama shoyu in contaner -mix -and marinate over night

THEN if you want you can use it as a nori filling , or a "stir fry" by adding seeds and finely torn nori on top :)!

VV, did you just make this up? Have you tried it? It sounds like it could be a winner.

I made it up a LONG time ago ,but recently came across it in one of my many notebooks - I thought "wow that was SO yummy and simple ,I bet I could transfer it to raw w/o the edamame and sauteeing" (I sauteed it before instead of marinating) ,havent tried it yet -but how could it go wrong ?
