wheat grass?

My kroger has little containers of organic wheat grass...I've never seen them there before and I got all excited, but then realized I have no clue what to use them for.

I have no high-powered fancy equipment. Can it just be used in a salad?

I am sure it would be cheaper for you to grow your own. You can also Chew it up, get the Juice and spit the other out. They have Manual Juicers under $5o-. I have never eaten Grass in a Salad.
